Alamo Companion Services has partnered with Clear Care to provide an easy way for family members to track the care of their loved one.
Family members will be able to login from anywhere, at anytime and on any device to access the portal and take advantage of the below benefits.
At Alamo Companion Services we understand that many of our customers are online. As many family members want to be in touch with the care of their elderly loved ones, we are now offering family members virtual options to track records of care online (and in real time).
With these new options (available to you at no extra cost), you will be able to access records of care online from any device with internet access.
How does this work?
Once you receive an emailed invitation giving you access to our Online Family Room, you will be able to do the following:
With this online portal, not only would you be able to keep track of the financial aspects of caring for your loved one, but you will also be able to track the care provided for your loved one whenever and wherever you have internet access.
Additionally, whether or not you wish to access our Online Family Room, you can also choose to have invoices sent to you by email. Invoices will be sent in PDF form and can easily be saved to your computer for record keeping purposes.
